The Coop presents: 8x8

We’re very proud to announce our first-ever collaboration with Gapers Block happening on May 18th at The Coop!  

We’ll be transforming The Coop, for one night only, into an artist gathering and gallery in celebration of 8x8. 8x8 is a collaboration of eight Chicagoland designers and eight local Chicago writers each selected to create an original piece of work. The idea here is that the text will inform and influence the art, and vice versa. The result of this 8x8 collaborative experiment will be for sale at The Coop, in the form of a back-to-back limited edition poster. Prices to be determined, but all proceeds from this event will be given to Open Books. Read more about the 8x8 event on our Facebook page.
